Basic Support Coordination

The basic support coordination includes the services of well-trained, certified, and experienced nurses and support coordinators to help manage the NDIS plan. Our experienced support coordinators will work with you to help you explore the available options and get you the most appropriate solution. 

With our person-centred approach, we will make sure that your specific needs and goals are addressed. We believe in honest and transparent communication. A specialized support coordinator with adequate expertise and qualifications will help you to overcome complex barriers affecting the participant.

Supported Employment

Compassionate Us offers NDIS-supported employment services throughout Australia, where the participants get the accurate support and training needed for employment. We ensure that the specially-abled participants get employed with jobs where they can perform to the best of their abilities, irrespective of their disability. 

Thus, we also help with upskilling and offer training workshops for clients to work within their domain of interest and assist clients with specific educational goals.

Home & Community Nursing

Compassionate Us offers community nursing care dedicated to the participants who need intensive care and support to live a comfortable and independent lifestyle. Our experienced support workers will always prioritize your interests and comfort. Our nursing care includes medication post-hospital care, clinical support, and medication. Our nurses are certified to offer NDIS care. 

Also, we collaborate with healthcare practitioners to ensure you experience a speedy recovery. Our home and community nursing care services are available around the clock to meet all your needs. 

 

Our home and community nursing services include:

  • Care plan & treatment development, medication set-up, wound care, and respiratory support
  • Continence advice and management
  • Palliative support
  • Overnight nursing care
  • Care after hospital stay

All of us can use extra help around the home sometimes. At Compassionate Us, we understand how important it is to ensure that people with disabilities get to live better lives. 

Our care providers offer regular assistance to ensure your home is just how you like it so you can enjoy what you love. Also, if you need help with funding plans for NDIS, especially transport funding, we are here to help you plan for it.
